Rensen Information Services Limited is a registered company in New Zealand. We operate the website and online store that you may visit by selecting the Pricing pages and the Licensing Service that you may optionally use with our products.

General

We do not sell your personal data. We share personal data only with trusted service providers where necessary to operate our services, such as payment processing and cloud infrastructure.

Payment providers

Payments are processed by our trusted payment providers and credit card details are not handled by us directly.  Information that you send to our payment processor "Stripe" will be used to issue a license and a license key for you. When using this Web site to purchase products then we require you to also review and consent to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy as the "end user". 

AI and Cloud Services

Some features of our software use artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure provided by third‑party service providers, including Microsoft Azure. Information submitted when using AI‑enabled features may be processed solely for the purpose of providing those features. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary personal data when using AI functionality.

International Data Transfers

Our services may involve the processing of data outside New Zealand or the European Economic Area, including in the United States where our cloud service providers operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used to protect personal data.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Log Files

Standard log files generated by our Web site may contain information that includes internet protocol ( IP ) addresses, type of browser, date/time stamp, and pages visited. Such information is not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Software Licensing Service

We are operating the Software Licensing Service that you may use in conjunction with our products to activate or deactivate licenses for a specific computer. When you activate or deactivate your license then an anonymous machine identifier (a number generated from your computer’s properties) and your license key is sent to the service in encrypted form. 

Our licensing servers are located in the USA.
