Rensen Information Services Limited is a registered company in New Zealand. We operate the website and online store that you may vistit by selecting the Pricing pages and the Licensing Service that you may optionally use with our products.
General
We do not share your personal details with third parties.
Online Store
Information that you send to our online store will be used to issue a license and a license key for you. Payments are processed by our trusted payment providers and credit card details are not handled by us directly. You do not need to create an account to purchase software licenses.
Use of Cookies
Our online store may use the necessary cookies to temporarily store shopping cart content or payment method options when you select any of the Pricing pages.
If you have an account and you log in to the online store, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Third party providers

What rights you have over your data

Standard log files generated by our Web site may contain information that includes internet protocol ( IP ) addresses, type of browser, date/time stamp, and pages visited. Such information is not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
Software Licensing Service
We are operating the Software Licensing Service that you may use in conjunction with our products to activate or deactivate licenses for a specific computer. When you activate or deactivate your license then an anonymous machine identifier (a number generated from your computer’s properties) and your license key is sent to the service in encrypted form.
Our licensing servers are located in the USA.
