By entering your license key, you agree to be charged for the additional modules using your Stripe Default Payment Method when you press "Continue...". If you do not have a Default Payment Method, then you can select one in your Stripe Customer Portal. Charges for new modules are pro-rated to align with the billing cycle of your existing subscription.
